Business Plus not paying dues

A.O.A everyone. This is to inform all PFUJ members, PEMRA officials and all concerned authorities that more than 80 employees have been terminated from Business Plus. Most of them were waiting for their three or four months salaries prior to being terminated. Business Plus authorities have refused to pay these salaries. Further more they are not paying any of the outstanding dues such as gratuity, etc. Despite repeated meetings with the CEO and other concerned officials of Business Plus, no date has been given to us regarding payment of these dues. Now this situation has taken a serious turn as despite the lapse of over four months, not a single rupee has been paid to us. Dear sirs please try to imagine the agony that a person would go through if that person who is already working for four months unpaid is fired without any notice or payment of any dues.

PFUJ members, PEMRA officials and all concerned authorities are requested to please look into this matter and help us urgently.

 
All the employs of MEDIA TIMES (Daily Times,Business plus TV,Daily Aaj Kal,World Call) please come forward and join hands with us in order to get our rights. In this case employees who have not given their details are requested to do so. Also employees who have not received their settlement amount are encouraged to join us.

Info: When I was on job, I have paid some installments of my car Honda City
Model - 2007 (as I accepted the offer letter which says that I will own the car
after all installments), they fixed its value about Rs. 700,000/-. Car was
purchased on leasing and its tenure was 3 years which is now completed so the
original papers have been handed over to the management of Media Times Limited
but still Media Times Limited is not transfer the vehicle at my name, neither
giving my settlement amount.
